GWL Realty Advisors Launches New Podcast Series for Investors

November 21, 2024, GWL Realty Advisors Inc. (GWLRA) announced today that it has launched ‘Building Blocks’ a new podcast series designed to help the investment community stay informed about key real estate trends and share GWLRA’s investment philosophy.

The first episode features Steven Marino, Executive Vice-President of Portfolio Management, and Craig England, Vice-President of Portfolio Management discussing a variety of topics including GWLRA’s asset valuation process, the impact of recent rate cuts, sector outlook, and the role research plays in shaping the team’s investment decisions.  

“Many of our clients and investors have expressed an interest in learning more about the real estate sector and specifically insight into our investment decisions,” said Steven Marino. “We believe this in an ideal platform for providing them with the information they’re looking for while complementing our regular news bulletin and quarterly investor calls.”
